Camp James "Golden Rules"

Please be considerate of your fellow campers

by following these long established guidelines:

* NO ARRIVALS AFTER 10PM

* QUIET TIME IS 10PM

* 5 MPH in ALL areas of the park

* 5 Persons maximum per site (including kids)

* NO LOUD MUSIC – NO MUSIC AFTER 10PM

The river causes sound to travel, so please be very

aware of the level of your music. Other campers do

not want to share your music, as good as it may be!

* PETS: BARKING DOGS ARE NOT TOLERATED!

Owners will be warned once, then will be asked to

leave. If you think your dog may be a problem,

consider bringing a bark control collar, or leaving

him/her at home. We do not want your vacation ruined

by a barker! Dogs must be kept on a leash, and

sleep in an enclosed vehicle or tent at night. Dogs

may not be left in your campsite if you are not there!

You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.

* Fireworks, firearms, sling shots, bows and

arrows, or any projectiles of any kind are

PROHIBITED.

* Love our trees! NO carving, cutting or chopping

trees! You may not trim any trees or shrubs!

Please notify the office if there is a problem at

your site.

* Please treat our bathrooms as you would treat

your own. We clean the bathrooms daily, but

please let us know if any special service is needed,

or if toilet paper needs immediate refill.

You may not move or enlarge the firepits.

* BAR-B-QUES are OK, but may not be placed on

top of the wooden picnic tables, or on our wooden

decks. You are responsible for any damage

incurred.
